Poh Ling Yeow bakes plenty of mouthwatering sweet treats for her funky Adelaide pop-up cafe, Jamface.
But on Tuesday, the celebrity chef shared a unique twist on a traditional cake.
The MasterChef star, 47, uploaded a mesmersizing video demonstrating how to make a ‘quick and easy’ sushi cake.

Poh said the savoury cake provided the ‘perfect all-in-one festive appetiser’ for festive season gatherings.
‘It’s also very friendly on the dietaries – gluten, dairy, sugar, egg free and easy to modify for vegetarians and vegans,’ the chef explained.
The video showed Poh carefully layering salmon, rice, nori, avocado, and cucumber to form the delectable cake.

‘All those flavours that you know and love, but in a cake slice,’ she said with a large grin as she took a bite of her delicious creation.
Poh, who is a Sun Rice ambassador, told fans that in order for the cake to hold its shape, a s higher-starch rice like medium grain or koshihikari must be used.
Interestingly, Poh cheekily stated she ‘stole’ the recipe off her sister-in-law, Tina.
