Justin Bieber caused quite a stir in Beverly Hills as he was mobbed by fans leaving an upscale eatery on Sunday.

The singer covered his newly-dyed purple hair with a peaked camouflage hat and had sunglasses on but that didn’t stop him from getting recognized by a horde of screaming youngsters.

As a burly bodyguard tried to maneuver him through the crowd gathered outside Il Pastaio restaurant, the 21-year-old smiled as he made his way to his waiting vehicle.

Justin enjoyed his solo lunch just as Stephen Baldwin was pouring cold water on his supposed romance with Hailey Baldwin, 19.

Actor Stephen told <a style="font-weight: bold;" class="" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank" website Sunday that the youngsters are 'just friends.'

It was thought the two were going steady after The Biebs declared his love for the model when he shared a photo of the two kissing on the lips on New Year’s Eve in St Barts.

But the two had not been spotted together too often since, aside for a lunch at Nate N Al’s in Beverly Hills earlier this week.

The Canadian star’s fans were delighted to see him solo.

And at least one lucky female fan managed to grab a kiss from the Purpose hitmaker. 

Others had to content themselves with a photo or autograph.

On Saturday, Justin went public with his new hairstyle posting a selfie of himself naked except for a towel wrapped around his hips.

In addition to showing off his many body tattoos, the selfie revealed he had dyed his platinum hair a light purple color.

It also showed how the singer has been working out in preparation for his upcoming tour to support his album Purpose, evidenced by his taut stomach and well-defined abs.

While Stephen Baldwin, 49, may have dampened down romance rumors, he did indicate that he’s a fan of Justin.

‘Mr Bieber is a wonderful young man, hugely talented, got a whole lot more success ahead,’ he told TMZ after landing at LAX.

Stephen, who comes from the New York acting dynasty that includes brothers Alec and Billy, laughed when a reporter asked if Justin would need to ask permission before proposing to his daughter Hailey.

‘We’re far away from that,’ he said, trying hard to regain composure.

It is not known how serious Justin is with Hailey.

In the past few days the model has been absent from his Instagram account.
