Once you determine that the ground is completely dry, you can move on to watering. Cacti, with the exception of rare cases, are most commonly found in climates that favor hot, dry and sun-filled conditions. Lithops enjoy dry, warm climates. The most common insect that bothers Lithops is the spider mite. Spider mites can leave white spots on plants’ surfaces. It is enough to wait for the plant’s green growth to begin.
