Abstract This examination aimed to identify the factors influencing on electronic banking services provided by Jordanian banks. Perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust, privacy and security and openness are the factors investigated Private Universities in jordan this study. A sample of 300 clients operating at King Abdullah academic world Hospital staff who were supple bank accounts in stand-Private Universities in jordan local banks in Jordan was selected, randomly. To summative the primary data, the laboratory analysis used a questionnaire design based on a 5-point scale. Results of the assay found that perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust and privacy directly and positively influenced on e-banking usage. convenience was found to have no effect upon e-banking services. The psychoanalysis recommends that an bargain the factors affecting e-banking is categorically essential for the practitioners who plan further ways of banking facilities in the current competitive environment.
