Indonesia’s largest listed oil and gas company PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk is seeking a $144 million bank loan to help refinance a $184 million loan that will mature in September 2015, Bisnis Indonesia reported, quoting the company’s finance director Lanny Wong.
The company is also thinking of a possible global bond offering worth S$500 million ($370.59 million) this year, it reported.
