The midfielder spent the 2020/21 campaign with their U18 side before making the step up to U23 level the following season, where he caught the eye of Bowyer.
He has failed to make it back into Bowyer’s squad since that debut against QPR, nevertheless, instead plying his trade with the U23 and U18 teams in recent months.
Birmingham currently sit 19th in the Championship, yet they are not at serious risk of relegation with 22nd-place Barnsley 16 points behind.
