Former Bachelor star-turned-podcaster Laura Byrne suffered an epic mishap on Sunday.
In an Instagram Stories post, the 34-year-old told fans how her SD card (memory card) suddenly went missing, after having left it in the card reader that was plugged into her laptop.
It later emerged that Laura’s daughter Marlie-Mae, two, who she affectionately calls ‘the Wild Beast’, had put the card in her mouth.

Sharing a photo of herself on the couch and looking defeated, Laura told her fans: ‘Couldn’t find the SD card I left in the card reader that was plugged into my laptop.
‘I asked the wild beast, “did you take something from here?” (pointing to the slot where the card was).
‘Wild Beast: “… Yeah. I put it in my mouth”.

‘Great,’ Laura simply responded.
Laura shares Marlie-Mae and daughter Lola, 10 months, with fiancé Matty Johnson.
Since starring on Matty’s 2017 season of The Bachelor, which she won, Laura has gone on to launch podcast, Life Uncut, with fellow Bachelor star Brittany Hockley.
According to Radio Today, Life Uncut just finished 2021 as Australia’s fifth most-downloaded podcast and the most popular female-fronted podcast of the year.

It racked up a whopping 11.6million downloads in the past 12 months alone, pushing it far above competitors like Shameless.
Australia’s No.
1 podcast was Casefile True Crime, which had 22.3million downloads, followed by Stuff You Should Know with 18.5million.
Hamish & Andy was narrowly behind Stuff You Should Know with 18.4million, followed by The Kyle & Jackie O Show with 16.7million.
Brittany and Laura’s Life Uncut was also a big winner at the recent Australian Podcast Awards, taking home the Listeners’ Choice award for the second year in a row.

They also picked up a bronze in The Spotlight Award too, making them double winners.
‘Lifers you guys made this happen! You are the bees knees, the cats pyjamas, the ice in our drinks (and boy did we have a lot of them last night),’ the pair wrote on their official Instagram account.
‘A huge congratulations to all the pods who were nominated last night, and all the incredible content you make!

The girls, who launched their podcast Life Uncut in 2019, have gone on to find success and helped build a supportive community online as they tackle everything from dating advice, to friendship woes, to their every day hilarious antics.
‘It’s nice people thought the podcast would be terrible but it’s not,’ Laura told Daily Maily Australia about the girls’ unexpected success.
Meanwhile, Brittany couldn’t help but praise Laura, adding: ‘There is no-one else I could have as a business partner.
Laura is a perfectionist and the fact that we started it while she was seven months pregnant just proves how superhuman she is.’
Life Uncut has also moved towards commercial success as Laura and Brittany will feature in a spin-off radio show which launches in 2022 by KIIS FM.
