Body To Body Massage
In massage therapy school, one of the things we’re taught is how to give our clients the proper home care. Stretches being done as soon as the treatment that will assist reduce the tension in painful or tight muscles. The Shiatsu massage runs on the Japanese system combining acupressure and traditional massage methods. The masseur applies pressure if you use his fingers, thumb, palms, elbow, and even the knee to particular section of the body. You get to feel a sense weightlessness as well as a great dose of pain and to reduce anxiety.
3. Use a gentle, natural shampoo. Avoid shampoo which contains sodium lauryl sulfate. This harsh chemical damages hair and can even cause nerve damage. Don’t hesitate to communicate with your therapist about pressure if you are uncomfortable or if there is a certain area that is certainly painful. Sometimes it comes with an area that is uncomfortable and even painful, this could indicate a problem within its corresponding area. For example I have found in people with diabetes, that this pancreas (which isn’t functional) could be tender according to the severity.
